Unfortunately, there are no clear guidelines for the process. Coping with grief depends on many factors, from personal beliefs to one\u2019s current stressors.<strong> Grief has the potential to impact many areas of our life, such as: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-vertically-aligned-top is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>personal identity<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>your sense of self<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>physical health<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>purpose<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-vertically-aligned-top is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>roles and responsibilities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>social interactions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>meaning and connection<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>faith<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-vertically-aligned-top is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>capacity<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>work productivity<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>safety and trust<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>and more.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<div style=\"height:86px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>We grieve through both positive and negative major life transitions.<br>It does not have a set time frame and can last for weeks, months, or years. Your grieving can also be triggered during holidays, anniversaries, and major life events.
