The flowers portray beauty and resilience within each of the region\u2019s communities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The Blue Sky<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Blue is calming to the eye and brings a message of cheerfulness, confidence, truth, stability, faith, intellect and consciousness.
