With suicide having a deep and far-reaching impact in Nunavut communities, this workshop provides essential tools and culturally grounded guidance to help employers foster safe, compassionate, and responsive work environments.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What is unique about this workshop?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>This workshop is tailored specifically for the context of Nunavut, acknowledging the territory\u2019s unique cultural, geographic, and social realities. It addresses the&nbsp; impact of suicide within small, interconnected communities. The program emphasizes Inuit perspectives on healing and integrates trauma-informed management practices, community-based support systems, and culturally relevant tools such as Elder-led sharing circles and healing spaces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u146d\u1483\u146f\u14d0\u14c4\u1466 \u1450\u154c\u1593\u14bb\u14aa\u1466 \u1403\u14d5\u14d0\u14c2\u140a\u1548\u144e\u1505\u14f4\u1585?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>This workshop is designed for employers, managers, and workplace leaders in Nunavut. It is particularly useful for organizations welcoming staff from outside the territory, who may be unfamiliar with the broader effects of suicide in a close-knit community.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Training process and resources<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The training can be delivered in person or virtually by the Manager\/Supervisor at the workplace.
