This program was for women in Rankin Inlet to learn how to sew a kid’s parka and to provide for the children in the community. All materials and supplies were provided, as well as extra material to keep once the projects were done. The parkas are to be donated to a Kids Parka Drive for the community to keep warm during the winter.
