Healthy Coping Strategies

Booklet
Mental Health & Wellness

This booklet was inspired by the 2022 United for Life Summit in Cambridge Bay, where Nunavut youth shared and brainstormed a list of healthy coping strategies they use in their day to day lives. The coping strategies they came up with can be found in this booklet alongside colouring pages and other activities.

The booklet is available in Inuktitut/English and Inuinnaqtun/French.

Printed copies of the booklet are available in all community health centres in the territory.

This work is a partnership of the Government of Nunavut, Nunavut Tunngavik Incorporated, Royal Canadian Mounted Police, Isaksimagit Inuusirmi Katujjiqatigiit Embrace Life Council, artist Tooma Laisa, and all the Summit attendees.
